Joint Programme for Supporting the National Social Protection Policy Framework in Cambodia (UNJP) delivered by UNICEF, ILO and WHO.
This evaluation’s objective is to individually and jointly evaluate the SIDA funded Strengthening Local Governance for Delivering Social Services and Social Protection for Vulnerable Children and Women in Cambodia and (referred to as LGSP); and the Joint Programme for Supporting the National Social Protection Policy Framework in Cambodia (referred to as JP). The evaluation is situated within the current debate about the local governance and role of SNA in social service delivery in context of decentralization reform, and thus, the learnings and findings will aim to identify appropriate measures for future programming and strategic direction in this area.
