The Economic Policy Research Institute (EPRI) has been commissioned by GIZ Cambodia to carry out an assessment of the IDPoor programme. This study aims to provide an overview of vulnerable groups in Cambodia, an assessment of implications of extending IDPoor to certain vulnerable groups and finally, provide recommendations on the way forward to operationalise the extension to shortlisted groups based on the feasibility.
