Evaluation of Scaling-UP Pre-Primary Education

EPRI engaged in the evaluation of the early learning and pre-primary programmes established by UNICEF and the government of Rwanda.

The evaluation is designed with a mixed-method approach but primarily qualitative data collection and analysis that is supported by secondary quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

The specific objectives of the evaluation include assessing programme outcomes and effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, the sustainability of the programme.
