EPRI is delivering a needs-responsive, relevant, and tailored learning and development programme for WFP staff in Latin America and the Caribbean, considering WFP’s regional strategic objectives.
Supporting countries in establishing comprehensive social protection systems requires context-sensitive support that the course delivers by focusing on the individual needs of participants. WFP’s regional office has identified four crucial pillars for the long-term, sustainable advancement of social protection systems in the region.
The course will be closely aligned with the strategy, aiming to strengthen WFP staff ability to integrate them into countries; social protection systems. EPRI’s course will capacitate WFP staff to identify context-specific interventions to strengthen systems; shock-responsiveness.
