The social transfers evidence base
The Social Transfers Evidence Base is an Internet-based database system that enables users to extract bullet-point summaries on programme impact from over 140 studies. Programmes from over 40 countries are represented, and more than two-thirds of the records are from papers or reports produced in the past five years. A linked database provides a reference list indicating the full details for each paper or report cited.
The system is powered by a user-updateable database, with programme impacts summarised in bullet-point format and classified by country, programme type and impact type. Users are encouraged to register for the system, which allows them to add entries to the database and comment on other entries.
